Originally hailing from the Northeast, Eleanor is now proud to call Wilmington home. She loves everything this coastal town and the surrounding areas have to offer and enjoys sharing all her local knowledge and experience with her clients.
While Eleanor works with both residential buyers and sellers, her experience with home renovation and fixer-uppers gives her a unique ability to help clients find older properties with great potential, and then connect them with the best resources to create the home of their dreams.
Additionally, Eleanor has achieved the National Association of REALTORS® GREEN Designation, which makes her uniquely qualified to help buyers and sellers leverage green resources to improve the energy efficiency and marketability of their homes.
Prior to joining Intracoastal Realty, Eleanor held a 20+ year career in hi-tech public relations, working with some of the most prominent Fortune 500 and start-up brands in the technology industry. Most recently, Eleanor ran her own PR consultancy, leveraging her extensive experience to help start-ups and medium-sized businesses build impressive brands through customized media relations and content marketing campaigns.
However, after buying, selling, and managing a few of her own properties in Boston and Newport, RI, she knew she was hooked and made the jump into real estate.
With Eleanor’s excellent communication and project management skills, clients can expect an unparalleled level of service, marketing, and a truly honed attention to customer needs.
As a designated mentor in Intracoastal Realty’s Mentoring Program, Eleanor helps new agents gain the confidence and knowledge they need to achieve success and become outstanding real estate agents.
In her free time, Eleanor enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, either biking, hiking, or going on adventures with her husband, stepson, and black Lab named Willa. Eleanor regularly participates in national Bike MS events, to help raise money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She is also a member of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce as well as an active volunteer at NC Coastal Land Trust and Airlie Gardens.
